Extra low yet comfortable: This suspension lowers your VW ID BUZZ (rear-wheel drive) by 45–100 mm* while maintaining comfort and everyday usability. Developed in-house by gepfeffert.com based on KW components, for those who find the standard suspension not low enough.
TÜV-approved: Registration depends on the vehicle and can be done via a parts certificate (§ 19 para. 3 StVZO) or individual approval (§ 21 StVZO). Installation and registration are available upon request directly at our official KW service center.

Installation of this suspension system, including TÜV registration, is possible directly at our premises upon request – we are an official KW support center and installation partner.
*The lowering is an approximate guideline (minimum to maximum value) and refers to the vehicle's standard ride height. The actual result depends on the vehicle's weight and equipment and can therefore vary slightly. Regardless, the adjustment range is always significantly lower than with the standard KW coilover suspension. The TÜV-approved lowering may be less if a different wheel/tire combination is fitted, as sufficient clearance must be maintained for registration.

The separately and independently adjustable compression and rebound damping allows the damper setup to be tailored to individual driving preferences or vehicle modifications, such as weight, tire characteristics, or changes in vehicle stiffness. Only this unique, patented system enables true performance optimization. For example, the compression damping force can be increased to demand more grip from the tire, improve turn-in response, and reduce pitching when starting off, without simultaneously altering the rebound damping, which is optimally matched to the spring rate and would result in reduced grip and thus a loss of performance. Gepfeffert KW Coilover suspension for VW ID.Buzz, for use with original top mounts.
This version offers more lowering range than the normal KW version and is avialable for 2WD models and 4Wd models with a specific rear spring.
The Product is a version that can achieve lowering beyond the KW standard lowering adjustment range. Due to vehicle-specific tolerances, additional work & modifications may be necessary on the vehicle. Any of those arising costs incurred in this regard these will not be borne by KW automotive GmbH or StillStatic Limited
After installation of coilover suspension, the clearance of drive shafts and the wheel/tyre combination to any kind of safety relevant parts, must be checked in all driving and max. load conditions.
If necessary, the vehicle ride height must be adjusted higher or the rebound suspension travel must be additionally limited. In any case, however, the legally specified minimum ride heights on the vehicle must be observed (direction indicators, light beam angle etc calibrated).
